Essential Oils have been used for centuries as a natural way to relieve pain. Medications not easing your aches and pains, you may be interested in alternative remedies for pain relief. Each type of oil has its own unique scent and benefits which may be used individually or as a blend.
Generally there's no harm in adding essential oils to you current aches and pain management plan. Doing so may allow you to reduce dosages of prescriptions.
Essential oils can be applied topically when mixed with a carrier oil such as coconut, avocado, sweet almond, jojoba, or grapeseed or inhaled.
